Pumpkin Flan With Gingersnap Crust, Oh My!



A Latin Classic With a Touch of Fall! 

You will need: 
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 can (14 oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® 

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) NESTLÉ® CARNATION®
  •  Evaporated Milk

  • 1 cup LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin

  • 5 large eggs

  • 1 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs (about 24 cookies)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
