Behold the Seahawk Beast Mode Burger

One of the best things about football season is the food that is prepared on game days. Some women love it, some hate it -- but let's face it, we all gain a little or a lot of weight during the winter, and it's as good an excuse as any as to "why" you have gained weight. Just blame it on having to cook tailgate food for your family -- that's what I do! 

So I thought it would be fun to create a Beast Mode Burger as a dedication to Seattle's love for the Seahawks and naturally to rally more support and get everyone pumped up for the Super Bowl!

It's really easy to stuff burgers. You simply make two thin patties and put what you're stuffing it with in between -- it's a no-brainer. The only advice I have is to slow cook them with a lid on so that the contents don't drip out. The next thing I did was make some chili con queso. 
To make that, you will need a package of Velveeta, a package of  cream cheese, and 4 cans of Hatch green chili (if you don't have fresh Hatch green chili frozen -- I ran out before Christmas)! Anyhow, there are a few "emergency" solutions to this I have found.

 They now have roasted green chili jarred. It's made by an Italian company -- I forgot to save the jar to photograph, but I'm sure it's easy to find. Basically, you want to get the best quality green chili you can find and add about 3 large cloves of garlic.

 Then naturally you salt and pepper it -- and throw it in the queso, which you should cook slowly in a pan, but once in a while I just let it melt in the microwave.

 If you want to make your burgers super beasty then add some bacon... you know you want to! I also added Worcestershire sauce to give that zing to the meat. You have a Beast Burger!
