What Hippi's drink on St. Patrick's day

Not just for hippi's anymore! This is great anytime of the year and with Kiwi coming in from all over the world it is possible. This is also a great hangover drink, just ask Sancho!

This is also a great drink for the Christmas Holidays. St. Patrick Day is here and so are B-B-Q’s and poolside parties. Wouldn’t it be great to offer your guests a tropical alternative to green beer on St. Patrick’s Day? St. Patrick’s Day Kiwi Lime Ginger Martini can be served with or with out alcohol. This is a tart drink that can be sweetened to taste, so go ahead and experiment with this great Martini recipe. St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails-St. Patrick’s Day Martini Recipe INGREDIENTS: Juice of 1/2 a lime, freshly squeezed 1 kiwi fruit, diced with some larger chunks for garnish 1\4 tsp finely minced ginger Dash of sea salt (optional) slightly crushed small piece of ginger 3 Tablespoons simple sugar syrup 8 oz. Ginger Ale (Verners) Ice Kiwi and lime rind for garnish or you can find green cherries INSTRUCTIONS: Rub lip of chilled tumbler with ginger, then drop into the martini glass. In a martini mixer, add ice, add sugar syrup, dash of salt, minced ginger, diced kiwi and lime juice. Shake well. Pour ginger ale into your chilled martini glass, and pour juice mix over soda, making sure to swirl minced ginger and kiwi back into suspension first. Garnish with kiwi and or lime rind.
